Of course, I love it dearly, as well, and I couldn’t imagine my life being the same without it (for one thing, I wouldn’t have met all of you fine people) but when I come to realize just how much I rely on it and how much it bothers me when it doesn’t work right… well, that’s about the time I want to go read my books and let electronics rot.
Ohhhh, I hear you.
Today I was trying to work on an assignment, only the program I have to use is online . . . and the internet kept cutting out. URGH. (I was freaking out.)
It would be really nice to be able to live without technology. *Sigh.*
My Internet was cutting out all day, too! UGH! So annoying…. And so annoying that it’s so annoying.
I had an epic battle with OpenOffice and my ebook formatting today. I know EXACTLY where you’re coming from, lady. Before long, we’ll ALL have to mourn our sanity.
I love OpenOffice dearly, but it gives me SUCH issues when trying to print stuff out at school… So I definitely get the formatting issue >.<.
Hahahahaha, sanity… I remember that thing.
I agree and I think I know how you feel. It’s definitely a love/hate kind of thing. When I go camping there will be NONE. That’s when I let my animal side out. But I also get the shakes without my blogs and stuff. I’ll have to pre-schedule my posts. 🙂
Come on – none? None at all? Not even an emergency cellphone?
DON’T SPEAK ILL OF TECHNOLOGY!!! it can hear you 🙂
Good point! 🙂
Ah, but you see, now it’s trying to prove that it’s good and not to be hated, and things have been working a little more smoothly…
🙂 very true! You should probably rad a book called – Caught in the Current, by Jay Bookman. I’m sure you will appreciate it.
