Enjoying the taste
of stomach fat and acids,
It curls up snugly,
Waking up every few hours
For a meal.
It eats away
(though ingesting nothing)
and creates a pain.

the chest when It is sated
and weighs down
until It grows hungry again.
It is insatiable.
