I’m in rehearsal tonight, as I am every single night. And I’m watching Mackers lying with his head on his throne, clinging a bottle and speaking the prophecy he received from the witches and which has now come true.
I feel like my creativity has sapped as my mind has become engrossed entirely in this play.
I keep trying to do my homework or write but in truth I need to pay too much attention to things onstage and so I… just… can’t multitask. Ugh.
Good luck getting your things done! Don’t forget to take a moment to breathe!
Mulitasking sucks. Good luck.

It is nearly impossible for me to write when out in public. So this makes sense. It’s too hard to bring the full range of intellect to mind when other voices dominate.
Aw, don’t be so hard on yourself. I’m terrible at multitasking too. You know I think all writers are. We are focus people. That’s why we don’t mind spending hours alone working on one sentence.
We’re just not built to multitask. Break a leg!
Multitasking is overrated.
I’m really sorry to hear the play is interfering with homework and writing! =[ On the other hand, you’ll probably remember the experience with the play longer than you’ll remember your assignments. If that makes any sense? It sounds like an amazing opportunity (and . . . The Scottish Play! ♥), so . . . hope it entertains you more than it stresses you!
Hugs!
